Available on both iOS and Android platforms, the application combines pregnancy tracking, menstrual cycle calculation, doctor appointment system, and interactive forum modules into a single platform.
About the Project
Piquq is an end-to-end mobile health solution developed for expectant mothers and users who care about women's health. With its user-friendly interface and smart algorithms, it provides personalized information at every stage of pregnancy. For users who track their menstrual cycles, it offers features such as cycle predictions, fertile days, and reminders.
The application's doctor appointment module allows users to easily create appointments with specialist physicians based on their location. The forum feature provides a secure area where users can share their experiences, ask questions, and interact with the community.

Technical Infrastructure
Mobile Application Development
Piquq was developed using the React Native framework with a single codebase for both iOS and Android platforms. This approach provides a consistent user experience while optimizing the development process. Native module integrations provide full access to platform-specific features.
Backend Architecture
A modular, scalable backend architecture was established using Node.js and NestJS on the server side. A sustainable codebase was created using NestJS's dependency injection, module structure, and decorator patterns. API endpoint design compliant with RESTful API standards ensures integration with the mobile application.
Database and Cache
PostgreSQL was chosen as the primary database. The relational data model, ACID compliance, and powerful query capabilities ensure the secure and consistent storage of health data. The Redis cache layer caches frequently accessed data, optimizing API response times.
Cloud and Notification Services
Media files and static content are stored on AWS S3 and delivered to users with low latency via CloudFront CDN. A push notification infrastructure was set up with Firebase integration, and user behavior is tracked with Firebase Analytics.
DevOps and Infrastructure
Docker containerization provides consistent development and production environments. CI/CD pipelines were established for automated testing, building, and deployment processes. A comprehensive monitoring and logging infrastructure allows real-time monitoring of system health and performance metrics.
